I totally agree! It’s amazing how a simple mindset shift can lead to such a fundamental shift in our relationships and our ability to be at peace. In circumstances where I start to feel annoyed at someone’s behaviour and I catch myself and remind myself that it’s not my task, I physically sigh in relief. It’s so quick that I can then let it go, smile and move on. Sometimes at work, it’s mid-conversation and I quickly reframe things and the dialogue becomes much smoother.
